The founders of QPI Development Group Inc. complement each-other well as a team with their diverse backgrounds, aligned values and growth orientated mindsets. Collectively having worked on a wide range of projects in various locations including Texas, The Fraser Valley, North Shore, Sea to Sky Corridor and The Sunshine Coast.

Dustin was born and raised on the Sunshine Coast and is a Professional Engineer with a sister company Landev Consulting that provides Civil Engineering and Development services.  He has a background in heavy civil construction, residential construction and land development. Having worked on a vast range of projects that include hydro electric power plants, mineral exploration, single family homes, multi-phased land developments and commercial/recreational facilities. 

 

Melissa was born and raised in North Vancouver, as a former real estate agent she has represented buyers and sellers and worked on the sales team for multi-phased developments. She has a passion for real estate and design and is an integral part of selecting project locations and ensuring QPI delivers projects to the highest quality. Her attention to detail and design selection has proven to set QPI apart.
